Refund policy

International checkout has not opened, so no Paddle purchase can currently be made from this English site.

When Paddle checkout opens

For a purchase processed by Paddle, request a refund using the help link in your Paddle receipt or at paddle.net. Paddle reviews requests under its current refund policy and applicable law. If a refund is approved, Paddle normally returns it to the original payment method where possible. Your statutory withdrawal or consumer rights, where applicable, remain available.

Subscription cancellation

Once subscriptions are offered internationally, the checkout will display the renewal interval and cancellation method before payment. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not by itself refund a period already purchased. Request a refund separately if eligible.

Domestic orders

Purchases made in the separate Chinese-market CNY checkout follow that checkout's terms and payment channel. They are not Paddle transactions.
